Hummus with cumin
INGREDIENTS
- Cumin - 8g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Maremma Organic Chickpeas (sold in the Delicatessen, Covent Garden) - 1kg
- Olive Oil - 150ml
- Lemon - 1
- Maldon sea salt -20g
PREPARATION
- Infuse the cumin in the olive oil with the garlic until the garlic has softened.
- Blitz the cumin and oil then add the rest of ingredients and blitz until smooth.
- Season to taste.
